U-PULL & SAVE

We are considered a “mixed yard” because we provide our customers with a U-Pull It option. Before you even leave our sales room we will provide you with a list of vehicle numbers and locations for the part you are looking for. Please click on this link for the pricing in our U-Pull it yard. Any other rules are explained below:

* For safety reasons you must be wearing closed toe shoes in order to enter yard.

* For safety reasons you must wear an orange vest available at cashiers window at no additional charge.

DO TO THE NATURE OF OUR U-PULL & SAVE IN COMPARISON TO OTHERS ALL OUR 2001 AND LATER MODELS WILL CARRY A 25% SURCHARGE

The undersigned, representing myself to eighteen (18) years of age or older, and for in consideration of Gary’s Auto Parts Inc. Granting me access to its self-service auto salvage yard, do hereby for myself, my heirs and assigns hereby release and forever discharge Gary’s Auto Parts Inc, its officers, agents, servants, and employees “Gary’s “ from any and all liability and causes of action. In tort or otherwise, for any personal injury and or property damage which I may suffer while on the premises, whether caused in whole or in party by the negligence of Gary’s and or its officers, agents, servants, or any loss, liability damage or cost they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned upon the property of Gary’s and whether caused by the negligence of Gary’s, its officers, agents, servants, or employees or otherwise. The undersigned further agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Gary’s Auto Parts Inc. against any and all claims for personal injury, property, damage or otherwise by myself or any third parties. The undersigned further recognizes that the activity upon which I am going to engage upon the property of Gary’s is inherently dangerous and fully recognizing such, do hear by fully and unconditionally assume any and all risk of injury I may suffer from my activities on the property of Gary’s Auto Parts Inc.

All Gary's U-Pull & Save parts come with a 30-day warranty against failure.

All returns will be refunded with a store credit good towards any purchase at Gary's Auto Parts Inc.
